All copyright, trademarks, design rights, patents, and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on Ahoy Maddison and all content (including all applications and artworks) located on the site shall remain vested in Ahoy Maddison or its licensors (which includes other users).

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use Ahoy Maddison content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

2. COPYRIGHT

The copyright in all artworks displayed on Ahoy Maddison is protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) (CA). Copyright automatically vests in the artist upon creation of the artwork, provided it falls into a recognized category of works and is expressed in material form, which could be digital or electronic formats【7†source】【11†source】. Artistic works such as drawings, paintings, photographs, sculptures, buildings and models of buildings and works of artistic craftsmanship are protected under this Act【9†source】.

The duration of copyright protection for works where the identity of the author is generally known is the life of the author plus 70 years. For works of joint authorship, copyright protection lasts 70 years after the death of the last joint author【12†source】.

Any unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, modification, republishing, uploading, downloading, posting, transmitting, or duplication of any of the material is prohibited. Your use of the material, except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions, is strictly prohibited and infringes on the intellectual property rights of others and could subject you to civil and criminal penalties, including possible monetary damages.

3. INFRINGEMENTS

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of the Service to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law and are properly provided to us.
